Insurance and invoices
After every session you get an invoice with the professional’s registration number. Most private health insurers accept it for reimbursement; some ask for a GP referral first.
We don’t bill insurers directly, so you pay us and claim it back. Coaching and groups aren’t health services and usually aren’t covered.
Cancelling: free with 24 hours’ notice. With less notice we charge the session, unless it’s illness or an emergency.
