Five steps, timelines we publish in writing, payments tied to progress and thirty days of warranty. No small print and no templates: if any of this does not fit your project, we talk it through before signing.
You tell us what you need and what you want to achieve, over a video call, by email or on WhatsApp. We look for goals, not just requirements. It is free and without obligation: if we can see we are not the right fit, we say so. If your project calls for it, we sign an NDA before starting.
Within 24 to 48 working hours you get a proposal covering the three things that matter: a detailed scope — including what is out of it — a schedule with delivery milestones, and a fixed budget with its payment terms.
We do not disappear until the end. We hand over the work in parts so you can review it and change course while that is still cheap to do, with constant communication. Payments are tied to progress, not paid upfront.
Before publishing, we test: thorough testing of the final delivery. After publishing, we measure: we leave analytics configured so you know whether it is working.
Thirty days from delivery for any fault to surface, and we fix it at no cost. After that it is your call: there are optional maintenance plans — security, backups, monitoring and support — quoted separately.
It depends on complexity, but these are our usual ranges. The proposal pins yours down with milestones.
We work with public institutions, embassies and organisations that handle sensitive information. These are the rules, and they do not change from client to client.
Still unsure about scope, technologies or invoicing? It is all answered in the frequently asked questions.
