What it costs, and how long you get for it
Every fee comes with its minutes. You pay at the end, by card or cash, and the invoice reaches your inbox the same day.
Insurers with no co-pay
With any other insurer, you pay and we give you the invoice to claim. Most refund within two weeks.

The small print, in large print
- CancellingFree up to 24 hours before. Later than that, half the fee, unless you were ill.
- Running lateNobody is booked after you: we keep the full visit up to 15 minutes late.
- TestsBlood tests are billed by the lab at their price; we don’t add a margin.
- HardshipIf the fee is what stops you from coming, tell us. Two visits a week are kept for that.
