Process
Six weeks, start to finish
Most brand films follow this calendar. Documentaries stretch it; edit-only projects join at week three.

Brief & call
A 45-minute call to find out who the film is for and what should happen after it. You get a fixed quote within two days.
Week 1Quote -
Treatment
A written treatment, references and a shot list. This is where we agree what the film is, before anyone books a camera.
Week 1–2Sign-off -
Shoot
One to four days with a crew of three to eight. Rushes are backed up twice before anyone goes home.
Week 3Rushes -
Edit
A first cut within a week, then two rounds of notes on a review link where you can comment on the exact frame.
Week 3–5Picture lock -
Colour & sound
Grading for phones first, then for cinema; sound design and a mix that survives a laptop speaker.
Week 5Final mix -
Delivery
The master, the cutdowns, subtitles in two languages and the raw footage on a drive you keep.
