Why Lull

Most sleep apps grade your night after it’s over. Lull works on the part you can still change: the hour before bed.

How it works

One night, four moves.

  1. 01Plan

    Pick a wake time.

Lull counts back in 90-minute cycles, adds the time you usually take to drop off and gives you one bedtime. Not a range, not a lecture.

  2. 02Wind down

    Start 45 minutes early.

A short routine starts on its own: lights down, screen to amber, something warm, a few slow breaths. Skip what you like.

  3. 03Sleep

    Put the phone down.

Face down on the bedside table. Sound fades as you drift off, and the listening happens on the phone. Nothing is recorded.

  4. 04Wake

    Wake in light sleep.

Inside a window you choose, and never later than you said. Then one screen tells you how the night went.

Features

Small tools for the whole night.

Six features, one for each moment from the afternoon to the first coffee. Three are free forever.

The app

Calm on every screen.

Dark and warm after 9 p.m., light in the morning, big numbers always.
