Privacy
What we collect
Your wake times, bedtimes, sleep estimates and journal tags. If you create an account, your email. That’s it.
Sound stays on your phone
Lull analyses breathing and movement sounds on the device to estimate sleep stages. Audio is never recorded, stored or uploaded.
Health data
If you connect your phone’s health app, Lull reads and writes sleep data only. We never use health data for advertising and we never sell it.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays until you delete it. Settings › Your data › Delete removes it from the phone immediately and from our encrypted backup within 30 days.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected].
Terms
Subscriptions
Lull Plus and Family renew automatically through the App Store or Google Play until you cancel there. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled 24 hours before they end.
Not medical advice
Lull is a wellness app, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose or treat any condition. If you think you have a sleep disorder, see a doctor.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app 30 days before.
