How we work with you.
Five steps, with scope and terms in writing before work begins. Each project is designed for its case: if any of this does not fit yours, we talk it through before signing.
The process, step by step
- Step 01
Initial consultation
You tell us what you need and what you want to achieve, over a video call, by email or on WhatsApp. We try to understand the goal, not just the list of requirements. If we can see we are not the right fit, we say so. If your project calls for it, we sign an NDA before starting.
- Step 02
Written proposal
You get a proposal covering the three things that matter: a detailed scope — including what is out of it — a calendar with its deliveries, and the budget with its terms.
- Step 03
Delivery in stages
We do not disappear until the end. We hand over the work in parts so you can review it and change course while that is still easy, and we stay in regular contact throughout.
- Step 04
Testing and launch
Before publishing, we test the final delivery. After publishing, we measure: we leave analytics configured so you know whether it is working.
- Step 05
After delivery
We hand over the project with its documentation and access. After that it is your call: there are optional maintenance plans — security, backups, monitoring and support — quoted separately.
How long it takes
It depends on the scope, which is why we do not publish generic timelines. The proposal sets out your project's calendar in writing.
How payment works
Scope and terms are set out in writing before work begins. We accept bank transfer, deposit and QR, and invoice international clients in US dollars.
Confidentiality
We work with public institutions, embassies and organisations that handle sensitive information. These are the rules, and they do not change from client to client.
- 01Everything you share is confidential by default.
- 02We sign an NDA before starting if you need one.
- 03We only ask for the access the work requires.
Have something similar in mind?
Tell us what you need: we look at it together and propose a way forward in writing, in English or Spanish.
